Order Processing

  • Customized orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Since each name bracelet is personalized specifically for you, processing may take a little longer during busy periods.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where available.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We carefully package all orders before shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and product so we can assist you.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local delivery carrier.

Because our name bracelets are personalized, please carefully check your customization details before placing your order. Personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has started, except where required by applicable law.
